When will my credit card be charged at the time of purchase?
Your credit card will be charged once your order has been processed and confirmed by PeakHome—this policy applies to both in-stock items and pre-orders. We initiate the charge after verifying inventory availability, order details, and payment validity to ensure a smooth transaction. Rest assured, your selected products will be reserved exclusively for you from the moment you place the order, and will not be allocated to other customers during the processing period. Shipping
What is your shipping cost policy, and which regions do you deliver to?
All orders within the 48 contiguous United States qualify for FREE SHIPPING by default, with no hidden charges or handling fees. Shipping fees may only apply to a few special cases, such as returns, exchanges, or specific regions. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates (e.g., Puerto Rico), P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.
How long does order processing and delivery take, and how can I track my shipment?
After your payment is verified, order processing may take up to 1-2 business days. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing tracking numbers, which allow you to stay updated on the status and progress of your shipment. We aim to provide a transparent delivery process with real-time updates.
Return & Refund
What is your 30-Day Return Policy, and who is responsible for return shipping costs?
We offer a 30-Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. For returns initiated due to personal remorse (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the non-refundable return shipping cost—no restocking fee applies. However, return shipping fees are waived for defective products. All returns must include original packaging and accessories to qualify for a refund, and fees must be settled in U.S. dollars.
Can I return an item that has been opened or used?
Opened or used items may be eligible for return only if you first provide photos/videos to our customer service for verification. Returns are approved solely if the item’s normal functionality is not affected. If approved, you will be required to pay a certain product loss charge. All returned items must still be accompanied by their original packaging and accessories.
What should I do if I receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item?
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: 1. Contact our customer service at phf@peakhomefurnishings.com within 7 days of receipt, providing your order number and photos/videos of the issue. 2. Defective/damaged items: After verification, you will qualify for a full refund (no return shipping fee required). 3. Incorrect items: We will ship the correct product to you at no additional cost. Do not attempt unauthorized maintenance—this will invalidate eligibility for returns.
What if my product has missing or damaged parts?
If parts are missing or damaged: - We can send replacement parts or offer a partial refund. - If the missing/damaged part impairs product functionality and cannot be repaired by you or local technicians, we will either ship a new item or provide a full refund. What is the process to initiate a return, and how long does it take to receive a refund?
Return initiation: 1. Email phf@peakhomefurnishings.com with your order details, clear photos/videos of the item, and packaging to confirm return eligibility. 2. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and designated return address. 3. Ship the item (with original accessories) and affix the provided label. Refund timelines: - PayPal: Up to 24 hours to process and appear in your account. - Credit card: 7–14 business days (delays depend on your credit card issuer).
Note: We do not refund price differences due to product price fluctuations.
Are there any cases where returns are not accepted?
Returns are not accepted if the item is damaged due to unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, or other improper handling. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements (e.g., missing original packaging, unapproved opened/used items).
