Limited Warranty
At PeakHome, we take great pride in our outdoor furniture and we strive to bring you the best quality at the best price. Subject to the conditions and restrictions described in this Limited Warranty, we warrant, to the original purchaser of a Covered Product, that the Covered Product shall be free of defects in both construction workmanship and materials for the applicable Warranty Period. Ultimately, we will work hard to assure you are happy with your PeakHome Furnishings purchase.
Who is Covered?
All warranties are presented to the original purchaser and are non-transferrable.
Warranty Terms:
The coverage under this warranty begins on the date of purchase, as evidenced by the purchase receipt. Any repairs or replacements made will not extend the original warranty period.
We Cover:
- Any defects from craftsmanship will be replaced parts within 1 years of your purchase.
- Aluminum Frame 5-year limited warranty
- Steel Frame 3-year limited warranty
- Sunbrella® Fabric 5-year limited warranty
- Phifertex® Fabric 3-year limited warranty
- Solution-Dyed Acrylic and Olefin Fabric 3-year limited warranty
- Polyester Fabric 1-year limited warranty
- Wood Frame 5-year limited warranty
- HDPE Wicker Components 3-year limited warranty
How to submit a warranty claim?
Email us at phf@peakhomefurnishings.com with purchase receipt, photos and an explanation of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it. We reserve the right to inspect and assess the furniture to determine if the claim is valid under the terms of this warranty.
What our warranty doesn’t cover?
1. Commercial use.
2. Steel / Aluminum / Stainless Steel / Synthetic Materials:
Scratches and signs of use from routine household use.
Internal rusting of steel/stainless steel due to factors such as condensation, accumulated (rain) water, or unconventional environmental conditions.
3. Wood:
(Teak) wood is a natural material subject to discoloration and aging.
Hairline cracks are normal with (teak) wood.
Natural oils in (teak) wood may result in stains and discoloration. These oils can also transfer to other materials, including cushion fabrics.
Stains on (teak) wood from food, liquids, sunlight through glass, and hot materials.
Scratches and signs of use from standard household usage.
Mold formation or discoloration due to improper covering.
4. Cushion:
Slight compression of cushions.
Furniture cushions, liners, or foam. (Fabric only)
5. Outdoor Textiles:
Signs of use from typical household activities.
Normal fading, wrinkling, or softening of fabrics from prolonged sun exposure.
Shrinkage or fabric stretching due to temperature or moisture variation.
Diminished cushion loft or flattening of filling over time.
Stains, mildew, or damage caused by improper cleaning, storage, or weather protection.
Improper washing.
Damages from pets, sharp objects, fire, or misuse.
Any product used in commercial settings.
6. Rope / Wicker / Cord:
Signs of use from standard household activities.
Minor variations in color or texture of finishes
7. Ceramic / Sintered Stone:
Stains from food, liquids, sunlight through glass, and hot materials.
8. Umbrella / Gazebo / Pergola:
Damage sustained or cause by contact with foreign objects, abuse, misuse, negligence, vandalism, improper cleaning techniques, normal wear, weather soiling, damage caused by animals, natural disasters, or acts of nature, including hail, lightening, wind-blown debris, or damage caused by strong winds.
Covering:
PeakHome strongly advises against covering garden furniture or recommends using only high-quality covers with breathable properties. Incorrect covering could lead to mold formation or material discoloration not covered by the warranty.

Resolution:
If a valid warranty claim is approved, the Manufacturer will, at its discretion:
Repair the defective part.
Replace the defective part with the same or a similar product of equal value.
Provide a refund or credit for the original purchase price.
Limitations:
PeakHome's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as specified above. In no event shall the Manufacturer be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
