We bought the pair of chairs and are extremely happy with them. Make no mistake, these are big, because they really are lounge chairs. Assemble took some time, but the end product is a very well make lounge chair and very comfortable, even without pulling out the ottoman. As noted in the instructions, don't tighten the screws, keep them loose until the entire chair is assembled. Then go back and tighten all of them.

I bought two of these loungers, they are great quality, substantial, well built, and comfortable! It took me a little more than an hour to put it together, directions are good. Arrived quickly, too.

This convertible chaise is good looking with great functionality and they are made well. We wanted to be able to sit at times and recline at times. These fit the bill. We bought 4. Assembly was easier with each one. Bought this extension pictured and the bit after the first one. They were less than $20 total and worth much more. Made assembly quicker and easier. True what others advise, do NOT tighten until the end. At the end and as you tighten each one, mark it by putting a cap over as you go. That way there is no guess if the bolt has been tightened or not. Good looking and good value We get strong winds from time to time and these chairs stayed put. Customer service was excellent. Strongly recommend.

My husband put these together and said they weren't easy to put together but not the worst he has had either. They look sturdy and have gone through a couple of rain storms with no noticeable problems or signs of wear. The problem is the comfort factor. They are low to the ground and the seat part is long. So for the young, not a problem. For us grandma's, it is a problem. Trying to get in and out of these is not an easy task. They are too much of a pain to send back so I will put them on my patio for the younger crowd to use. Then I will go back to the drawing board and find something better for us older folks.
