Actually went together quite easily. I did it by myself - there was a few times an extra person would have been helpful but as long as you have a ladder and a little ingenuity you can do it!! The most confusing parts are the R and R1 - which actually slide into the slot horizontally (in case you have trouble like I did lol). Very pleased with this!!

I love it!! It really brings out our deck. It was definitely worth the price. It’s sturdy and because we can enclose ourselves in it and we have added heaters it can be used during all seasons!!!

well made and well packaged too. but fedex defeated it and managed to dent uprights and slight damage to other parts.customer service at PEAKHOME was outstanding and i received new parts in a couple of days. i signed up with Handy for installation but cancelled when installer called day of job and questioned whether it was raining at my house and what exactly were they assembling. they suggested i reschedule due to possible rain but i already had lost confidence. handy slated 2 guys to assemble this unit in 5.75 hours. ha ha ha. 2 pros building the same unit 5 times in a row with all parts laid out might do it in 8 hours for the 6th time. i built it by myself..took 2 hours alone to unpack and sort pieces. i took 2 days to assemble it taking my time .if you attempt it i would recommend 4 ft high scaffold under unit to really make installing roof panels simple otherwise you have to keep moving a ladder. all holes line up, screw machining is excellent but as ALWAYS dont tighten each assembly fully until completed. instructions got hazy around roof panel installation but if handy you can figure it out and if not hire someone to build it for you. if hiring someone...unpack it yourself sort pieces and check for damage and get any needed replacements before installer arrives.. cant imagine how Handy deals with it. use a power driver and start threads by hand as not to strip them. gazebo is really well made considering China manufacturing(not racist just realist). dont have fear to build this if you are fairly handy and patient..very happy

Very Nice Quality Excellent Service. First gazebo showed a delivery date, 2 days before it was due mfg backordered it. I explained to customer service I needed it before July 9th, they helped with a refund and made sure my new choice was in stock. It arrived on time, packaging was excellent. We are putting it together today but all pieces are out of box ready to go, it looks fantastic! It did take some hours just my husband and I put it together, there was 2 damaged pieces but they had them to us in 4 days!

It's early yet but here are some thoughts: The packaging was excellent and we had no damaged parts. While the construction was tedious at points, especially when assembling the roof, we finished in just a little over the stated 6 hours (total time over two days). It is very solid and we're looking forward to using it more extensively. We did run into the problem of a couple of screw holes not lining up. This was on the long side of the roof but we were able to get them aligned with a screwdriver. On the whole, we are very pleased with this gazebo.

This gazebo is wonderful. It feels much larger and with the roof and curtains it’s plenty warm! It will be a perfect place for my outdoor kitchen. Set up was not easy- so do yourself a favor and have it built for you. Once it’s built sit back and enjoy it in all kinds of weather!

My family and I are always chillin in my gazebo Lots of compliments!!!

It’s very nice quality! Took forever to put up! But worth it! So many screws but I guess that it will stay together forever.

Overall, we like this gazebo very much. It added shade to our patio; which was very much needed. My wife and I built the gazebo on our own. I am 69, she is 68. Yes, it took us a couple of days. Only 3 parts were missing, but Rimba, the manufacturer, was very prompt in getting us the missing parts. Now we enjoy our coffee in the morning, and family and friends in the evening under the gazebo. Oh, one mistake we made, take the white ID dots off the parts as you assemble not afterwards.

We love it it’s beautiful Definitely takes time to assemble, 2 person job Ships fast, seller communicates well

I love my gazebo! May be a little pricy but it’s well worth the money. Took a little longer to assemble than I expected . Costumer service responds quickly and is very helpful. Would recommend. I would buy again but don’t think I will have to for a long time. Happy summer

PATIO TREE 12x16 Patio Hardtop Gazebo With Aluminum Frame,Mosquito Netting And Privacy Curtains

We love our new gazebo! It took longer to receive our complete order then anticipated so we missed out on the installation service and didn’t have in time for a planned house party. My son and husband assembled it no problem although it took about 11 hours. It’s very sturdy and I really like the privacy curtains and mosquito netting that came with it. We were missing a few hooks for the curtains and the seller shipped them immediately once contacted. The seller also compensated us with a 10% credit for the gazebo shipment delay. I love my gazebo but was really frustrated when I received the 4 boxes in 2 shipments weeks apart without a clear idea when the last 2 boxes would arrive. The seller always responded quickly to my inquires. Delivery problems aside, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Totally happy with this beautiful product! The gazebo was much easier to assemble than I had anticipated. I'm not all handy, but I got it assembled. The directions were very clear. I did most of the assembly by myself, but I did accept occasional help from my wife and son during assembly of the roof. I am particularly impressed with the sturdiness of the gazebo. Corner braces and strong metal fabric make it durable and solid. I contacted the manufacturer to obtain a part that I had lost (no fault of the manufacturer or the seller) and to get a package of spare curtain hooks. The hooks seem to be a bit fragile, so I anticipate I may need some replacement in the future. However, they work fine. Customer support was marvelous. Very courteous, friendly, and responsive support. I highly recommend this gazebo! It looks gorgeous on our deck.

I received the gazebo quickly, packed well to prevent damage. Concerned about wind and foundation requirements I deferred to the manuals “gazebo footprint” page. I can tell you with great disappointment after pouring 4 concrete piers in my brick patio that the measurements given are off by nearly a foot. Overall I recommend the product. If you want to prepare the foundation area before assembling I recommend consulting them directly before purchasing. I took two stars off for the misinformation in the manual.
